You will champion HR initiatives, foster team culture, ensure compliance, and help build high-performing teams that deliver results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support HR functions across multiple venues within the assigned region
  • Partner with operations leaders on talent planning, performance, and development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to support staffing needs
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting Levy values across locations
  • Analyze HR metrics to influence strategic decisions
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations
