Drive equitable compensation practices and oversee annual merit review processes in alignment with market trends. Champion associate relations, leading investigations and ensuring policy compliance, ethics adherence, and timely issue resolution. Oversee compliance functions, including AAPs, CBAs (if applicable), and safety/Workers’ Compensation programs, ensuring alignment with local and federal regulations.
