What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing and supporting cleaning technicians across multiple client locations Traveling daily to accounts throughout the greater Fort Wayne area and nearby communities Inspecting buildings and making sure every detail meets our standards (not just “good enough”) Coaching, training, and holding team members accountable Jumping in and cleaning when needed — leading by example is part of the job Communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly and professionally Keeping supplies organized and ensuring teams are set up for success

Requirements

Clean driving record
Reliable transportation (you will be traveling daily)
Very strong and dependable work ethic
Strong attention to detail — you catch what others overlook
Ability to work independently without needing constant direction
Willingness to be hands-on and step in wherever needed

Responsibilities
