Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines. Communicate clearly with PMs, consultants, and internal teams. Make informed decisions and take initiatives. Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work. Day-to-Day Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit. Think critically, not just draft — identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants. Use technology intelligently, including AI tools, to work smarter. Set goals and actively work toward your next career step. Your voice matters here. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.
  • Clear, professional, and collaborative communicator – internal and externally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mid-rise wood construction.
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging tools (you don’t need to be an expert).
