From early concepts and design development through production and final delivery, the Architectural Project Manager owns the entire project lifecycle. The role translates contracts, preliminary ideas, and design intent into precise, build-ready drawings; ensures compliance with specifications and standards; and develops detailed specification sheets, material takeoffs, and accurate bills of material that power Sales and Operations. Throughout production, this role provides hands-on oversight to protect quality, timelines, and customer expectations—while identifying smart, value-engineered solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen project profitability. With a strong technical foundation and a customer-first mindset, the Architectural Project Manager delivers clear communication, reliable execution, and confidence at every stage of the process. As a faith-based organization rooted in biblical principles, we strive to reflect these values in our work, relationships, and decision-making. We expect all associates to learn, embrace, and actively model our core values through their actions, choices, and collaboration with others. This commitment is essential to sustaining our culture and achieving shared success.
