Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines. Communicate clearly with PMs, consultants, and internal teams. Make informed decisions and take initiatives. Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work. Day-to-Day Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit. Think critically, not just draft — identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants. Requirements

2-5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.
Experience with mid-rise wood construction.
Clear, professional, and collaborative communicator – internal and externally
