About The Position

MHTN Architects is seeking Architectural Associates to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary design studio. Project opportunities in this position align with Architectural Experience Program (AXP) goals and support your path toward architectural licensure. As an Architectural Associate, you will collaborate with architects, interior designers, planners, and landscape architects while contributing your unique perspective to the design process. You will participate in design conversations and pin-ups, develop layouts and project features, and support commercial project work from concept through documentation. Responsibilities may include creating renderings and physical models, assisting with Revit modeling, and preparing construction documentation under the mentorship of experienced team members. Working closely with your project team and mentor, you will gain hands-on experience in programming, analysis, planning, and design.
