Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light materials
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends

• Previous event, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Greet and engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about services or promotions
• Support event coordinators and team leads on-site
• Ensure event areas remain organized and presentable
• Follow event schedules and company guidelines
• Represent the company positively at all times
