About The Position

A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative to join its finance team. This role is essential to ensuring timely customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling routine processes — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor accounts for incoming payments and follow up on past-due balances
• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers or internal teams
• Maintain accurate AR records and reports
• Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure clear and consistent communication
