We’re seeking an AR Specialist, Medical Records to join us. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving with attentiveness to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to function well in a dynamic, rapid and competing environment
• Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution
• Strong willingness to learn
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Pull medical records from various EMR systems
• Scan medial records
• Link medical records to patient accounts
• Process Appeals online and through our EBC software
• Learn various Carrier portals & Appeal Forms
• Other duties as assigned
