BERCO is a busy and growing beverage and food equipment service company looking for an AR & Office Administrative Specialist to invoice customers and to perform other administrative tasks. We're seeking someone who is reliable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, demonstrates strong collaboration skills, and is committed to teamwork and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

  • Quick learner.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Work well under pressure with minimum supervision is required.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously needed.
  • Strong follow-through skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and mathematical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
  • High School graduate, or GED required.
  • 1 or more years of administrative experience and accounts receivable.

Nice To Haves

  • QuickBooks/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Daily invoicing and quoting within ERP system.
  • Submitting invoices to customers in portals or via email.
  • Processing warranty claims.
  • Create service calls in ERP system.
  • Assist with dispatching service technicians and coordinating service calls during peak periods or as business needs require.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks/projects.
