About The Position

AR Billing Manager The Opportunity: Assist the finance and accounting department with billing, tracking, and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts. Apply advanced consult ing skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing government or commer cia l projects, including project setup, invoicing, cash collection, and program support
2+ years of experience directly leading and managing government contract s and change management
Experience using Micro sof t Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, to analyze large amounts of data
Knowledge of compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, including supporting key controls and processes, leading remediation activities, and performing internal controls testing
Knowledge of the full contract life cycle and its finan cia l impact across other organizations
Ability to lead and manage high performance teams who can work independently and in a cross-functional environment
HS diploma or GED
U.S. citizen ship is required
