About The Position

AR Billing Manager The Opportunity: Assist the finance and accounting department with billing, tracking, and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing government or commercial projects, including project setup, invoicing, cash collection, and program support
  • 2+ years of experience directly leading and managing government contracts and change management
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, to analyze large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, including supporting key controls and processes, leading remediation activities, and performing internal controls testing
  • Knowledge of the full contract life cycle and its financial impact across other organizations
  • Ability to lead and manage high performance teams who can work independently and in a cross-functional environment
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience with GSA Assist and Power BI
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
