Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented AR Analyst to join our global AR Team. In this role, the AR Analyst is responsible for working with customers to collect on outstanding commitments. This position reports directly to the AR Manager and contributes to the overall efficiency and success of our financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• One to two years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional candidates with no prior experience will be considered as well
• Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Strong prioritization and task management
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
• Ability to clearly articulate complex thoughts and concepts
• Excellent communication skills including clear and concise writing skills
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to facilitate timely resolution of outstanding obligations
• Proactively engage clients to obtain purchase orders and other required documentation to ensure prompt payment
• Delivery exceptional internal and external customer service
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address contract adjustments, escalations, disputes, and cancellations
• Review contracts to address and resolve customer inquiries
• Identify open credits to support accurate account reconciliation
• Forecast weekly payment activity to ensure alignment with target goals
• Assist with other critical projects, as needed
