Aquatic Supervisor
About The Position
This position requires the utmost dedication to the safety of the members and guests who are in the pool and occupying the surrounding areas. Candidates for this position must be personable and outgoing and must enjoy engaging with both adults and children The Aquatic Supervisor will lead a small team of lifeguards, ensuring that they work as a cohesive unit, complete all daily tasks and remain focused for long periods of time without distraction. Treating staff with kindness and respect and leading by example is imperative and the Supervisor shall be willing to assist in all tasks and to assume any unfilled lifeguard shifts that may present themselves Schedule flexibility is a must. Specific duties may include: Educating lifeguards as to the rules and regulations as they pertain to Maroon Creek ClubMonitoring and helping maintain the safety and cleanliness of the pool and its surroundings Must be quick to respond to all emergencies Ordering uniforms and pool toys, as needed Monitoring weather and shift rotations. Sending emails to staff as warranted Routine inspection and maintenance of all AED/CPR units throughout the property
Requirements
- The Aquatic Supervisor at Maroon Creek Club must, at a minimum, have proper lifeguard certification or must be able to complete a course prior to their first day on the job.
