Responsibilities

Processes registrations, class transfers, and refunds and completes other registration-related tasks
Maintains a positive image and relationship with Park District patrons and visitors, and assists them in resolving their concerns and issues
Creates reservations in online pool calendar to communicate open/close times for open swim, programming and events to patrons
Monitors ActiveNet program registration participant numbers and makes recommendations to the supervisor on program cancellations, merges, and expansions
Responds to phone calls and in-person interactions with customers to ensure the provision of high-quality customer service and oversee ongoing staff training.
Answers telephones and gives general information in response to public or vendor inquiries
Word processes and types a variety of documents, letters, forms, spreadsheets, and reports
Sorts, indexes, and files materials alphabetically, numerically, and geographically
Utilize printing, laminating, copying equipment
Operates a computer to enter or access data
Maintains office supplies and collaborates with Guest Services Coordinator for purchases.
Attends work on a regular basis
Performs the job safely and in compliance with District policies, procedures, work and safety rules, and the employee handbook
Maintains a clean and organized work environment
Additional functions as assigned which may be considered essential
