Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Work as a team.
- Do Basic "Tape measure math".
- Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
- Work efficiently in confined spaces.
- Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
- Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using hand tools and tape measure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- To work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority.
- Learn to lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings.
- Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale duct work.
- Properly finish and seal duct work.
- Build and install duct hangers.
- Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roofs.
- Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment.
- Learn to use a variety of power & hand tools.
- Complete classes, online work, and at-home study with skills and textbook learning.
