Safety is our highest priority. Learn to lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings. Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale duct work. Properly finish and seal duct work. Build and install duct hangers. Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roofs. Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment. Learn to use a variety of power & hand tools. Complete classes, online work, and at-home study with skills and textbook learning. Requirements

A High School diploma or GED is required.
Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
Be punctual and reliable.
Work as a team.
Do Basic “Tape measure math”.
Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
Work efficiently in confined spaces.
Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Nice To Haves

Experience using hand tools and tape measure is a plus.
