Position Overview We are seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the fabrication, installation, repair, welding, maintenance, and inspection of sheet metal systems. Working under the direction of a Foreman, the Sheet Metal Mechanic will play a key role in delivering high-quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

2+ years of sheet metal experience (fabrication, repairs, and inspections).
Knowledge of welding materials, refrigeration systems, and basic electrical components.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, measuring devices, and small electric tools.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
Willingness to travel to various worksites across the DMV region.

Responsibilities

Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain sheet metal systems.
Perform welding, cutting, and inspections in line with safety and quality standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for the trade.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with the Foreman and crew to meet project timelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
