About The Position

Responsible for assisting building engineers in all duties.

Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders to access ceilings and high walls
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Current member in good standing with IUOE Local 399
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guest/Client focused, detail orientated individual
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
• Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility
• Demonstrates high degree of drive and determination
• Adaptive and flexible (changing technologies, processes, environments)
• Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Works in a safe, prudent, and highly organized manner
• Maintains a clean and tidy work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer
• Always conducts self in a most professional manner to reflect the Hotel standards
