The Appraisal and Repair Administrator is a vital member of the Appraisal and Repair team. Responsibilities: Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's banners, and other clients, ensuring a positive initial impression level setting expectations Communication Management: Efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and oversee correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns or queries. Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases. Supplies Management: Monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral, ensuring critical supplies are always available. Team Support: To ensure seamless operations, provide necessary support to colleagues and team members. Problem Solving: Collaborate with Appraisers and other relevant parties to resolve issues promptly
