Requirements
- Outbound calling, appointment-setting, or sales experience strongly preferred (we’ll train the right high-energy personality!)
- Fun, outgoing, competitive, and money-motivated mindset
- Strong communication skills — pleasant, engaging personality that builds rapport quickly
- Proficiency with technology/CRM platforms (e.g., Lead Perfection, Market Sharp, Salesforce — we train!)
- Ability to multitask across multiple screens/tabs
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with high-volume calls (inbound/outbound)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our St. Petersburg office (33716)

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to connect with homeowners who expressed interest and book high-quality in-home appointments
- Accurately enter customer data, notes, and updates into our CRM (Lead Perfection — full training provided)
- Hit or exceed daily call volume, appointment-setting, and confirmation goals
- Deliver a fun, confident, professional experience that reflects Sunbelt’s reputation for excellence
