About The Position

About the Jordan Jankowski Team The Jordan Jankowski Team is a fast-growing, high-performing real estate team focused on delivering a white-glove experience to buyers and sellers across the Pittsburgh market. We generate a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities and are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / ISA to help convert leads into qualified, scheduled appointments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on phones, follow-up, and results. Role Overview As an Appointment Setter, you are the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to call, text, and email leads daily , qualify interest, and set appointments for our agents. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with prospects
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling
  • Organized, consistent, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Call new leads immediately as they come in from various lead sources (online portals, advertising, referrals, etc.)
  • Qualify buyers and sellers and set appointments for agents
  • Maintain speed-to-lead standards and consistent follow-up
  • Text, email, and call the existing database to re-engage contacts and fill agent calendars
  • Work through cold and nurtured leads daily
  • Log all activity and notes accurately in the CRM
  • Cold call FSBO (For Sale By Owner) listings
  • Cold call Expired Listings
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Build rapport and position the team’s value to set appointments
  • Keep CRM records clean, organized, and up to date
  • Follow provided scripts, call plans, and processes
  • Track conversations, appointments set, and outcomes
