About The Position

Anderson Outdoor is expanding and seeking a motivated, detail oriented entry-level Appointment Setter or Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a long-term career in powersports industry while developing strong communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries from website leads, phone calls, and social media platforms. Schedule and confirm appointments for major unit sales, including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, mowers, and tractors. Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email. Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM system Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction standards Support the sales team by maintaining a consistent flow of qualified appointments Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with phone-based communication Basic computer proficiency (training provided) Dependable, punctual, and detail-orientated Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly base pay with commission of successful sale from appointment set Commission opportunities Health Insurance options available 401k match Paid training Opportunities for career advancement Professional, team-oriented work environment
