Responsibilities include defining analog IC products, developing and debugging reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training.

Requirements

• MSEE or higher required
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in switch mode power supply designs especially in multi-phase core power design.
• Familiar with lab tools like oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, e-loads, frequency analyzer, etc.
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in multi-phase products is highly preferred, proven problem solving capability.
• Experience with simulation tool like Simplis, Maxwell, Icepak, ect is preferred.
• Experience in PCB design/layout is plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define high density module products in cloud computing power solutions for CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC.
• Develop application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for Data Center/AI applications.
• Hands-on lab bench evaluations, system and board level debugging, and prototype demonstrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support existing products and drive new product development.
• Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.
