Applications Analyst - Cerner/Clinical experience
About The Position
The Clinical Experience Application Analyst provides leadership and is responsible for the build, optimization, support, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium / OCI) applications across multiple clinical domains. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure workflows are aligned, system functionality is reliable, and end-users receive high-quality support. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Nursing, or related field; OR equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting clinical applications, EMR systems, or healthcare IT workflows.
- Working knowledge of electronic health record functions, clinical workflows, and troubleshooting methodology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium or OCI) preferred.
- Familiarity with Millennium build tools (e.g., CCL, Discern rules, PowerForms, MPages, etc.) preferred.
