JOB SUMMARY Supports the business in identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Responsibilities include preparing work plans for system upgrades and enhancements, configuring and maintaining technical environments, and evaluating workflows to assess feasibility and resolve operational issues. Develops clear specifications and documentation, plans and executes comprehensive test scenarios, and assists in establishing technology standards. Additional duties include supporting resource estimation, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and promptly communicating any variances to management.
