In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Provide project management for various levels of projects requiring Information Services & Technology involvement Responsible for proficient use of project management tools, ability to perform time and cost estimates, detail analysis, specification, development, implementation, integration and maintenance of the assigned set of systems and programs Determines (or assists in determining) all tasks and appropriate timetables for each project to accurately anticipate timelines of day-to-day activities and projects Work with programmer(s) and/or solutions vendor to implement design specifications Assign (or assists in assigning) tasks to project team members to ensure that the most appropriate person or department is responsible for achieving goals Update superiors and associates of any problems that may affect the time constraints of a project and on the status of projects and action items to ensure delivery and coordination across teams Develops detailed test plans and completes rigorous testing Budget reconciliation of projects Provide technical assistance and training to user staff and to programming and operations personnel Maintains in-depth knowledge and understanding of applications managed by the team Other duties as assigned
