Virginia Tech seeks applicants for the position of Study Abroad Application & Systems Coordinator in the Global Education Office. This position is a full-time, in-person, staff role with benefits. This position provides high-quality, student- and faculty-centered support by guiding and coordinating the study abroad application process. The Study Abroad Application & Systems Coordinator is a key international education professional who combines strong customer service, systems administration, and data reporting skills to support a streamlined experience for students, faculty, and staff. The role serves as the primary Terra Dotta Software for Study Abroad administrator for the Global Education Office team, manages day-to-day administrative tasks within the software platform, and is the main point of contact for users of the platform. Additionally, the position will serve as the data manager and facilitate data collection, reporting and analytics efforts to expand study abroad access and capacity.
