About The Position

We are building out a new team to support a transportation‑tracking application used by internal end users and stakeholders. This team will provide both technical and customer support to ensure the application is functioning properly, data is accurate, and users receive timely assistance. Responsibilities

  • Configure and activate application settings based on user requirements, including password management, arrival-time visibility, and message notifications for transportation tracking.
  • Perform manual data updates and verify accuracy of bus and driver assignments within the application.
  • Provide guidance, training, and information sharing related to route updates, route coverage procedures, and situations that may impact transportation operations (vehicle substitutions, service or inspection issues, etc.).
  • Conduct testing sessions with users to validate functionality and ensure operational procedures are effective.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in coordination with internal teams and vendor support prior to full-scale rollout.
  • Document and share solutions to common problems, including GPS issues, network outages, app errors, and user password challenges.
  • Gather and enter transportation substitution data from multiple sources (coverage sheets, dispatch communication, breakdowns, accidents, changes in routes, inspections, or maintenance activity).
  • Record and summarize key operational information.
  • Send summaries to appropriate personnel for follow‑up and reporting.
  • Continue gathering and entering updated substitution data based on real-time communication and operational changes.
  • Compile and send end-of-day summaries to key personnel.
