Overview We are seeking an experienced Endur Application Support Analyst responsible for providing functional and technical support for the Endur Oil production system. This role involves managing production support activities, collaborating with business and IT teams and ensuring smooth operations of Endur application. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Endur and strong knowledge of commodity trading workflows.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Openlink Endur with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably with Endur V16 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration with deal modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements and reporting within Endur.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Front, Middle, and Backoffice with experience in at least one asset class e.g. Crude Oil, Refined products, Power, Natural Gas, LNG.
  • Knowledge in P&L, Greeks, and position/exposure reporting.
  • Good understanding of the deal lifecycle including derivatives, physicals, transit, storage, pipeline, and cargo operations.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Endur JVS and OpenComponents

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various business teams from Front, Middle and Back office to provide daily support for the application.
  • Ensure timely resolution of production incidents, service requests and system problems.
  • Log, manage, and resolve incidents, ensuring proactive communication and regular updates to users.
  • Coordinate with the global support team to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Previous experience in an Endur production support role is advantageous.
