Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required BS in technical field + 12 years' experience OR High School + 16 years' experience Description: Perform Linux server system administration functions.

Requirements

Proficient with Linux.
Minimum of 3 years Linux server administration experience (within the last 3 years).
Proficient with AWS.
Minimum of 1 year of AWS experience (within the last year).
Experience with either Ansible or Salt.
Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and AWS instances.
Security + cert
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
BS in technical field + 12 years' experience OR High School + 16 years' experience

Nice To Haves

Should have working knowledge, able to use and or support, with some (preferably most) of the following resources and tools:
Linux servers
AWS
Ansible, Salt
Docker, Kubernetes
Elasticsearch, Splunk
Scripting (bash, Python)

Responsibilities

Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
Monitoring and patching/upgrades to Linux servers and AWS instances.
Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable.
Support documentation of non-applicable controls.
Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software.
Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure.
Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware.
Document inventory changes.
