The Application Consultant will provide ongoing system administration and maintenance for Hexagon Public Safety OnCall Records & Analytics systems at the customer site, collaborating with IT staff. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, technical support, installation, SQL Server Database Maintenance, data management, and general system updates. The role requires participation in upgrades, user interface configuration modifications, and issue resolution with end-users. Informal training for customer staff on system administration and detailed documentation are essential duties. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment and possesses strong problem-solving capabilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the customerâs analytical capacities and operational efficiencies through their expertise with Hexagon Records Management software integrated with Microsoft Power BI solutions, while effectively communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and independently managing tasks as well as keeping management teams informed of progress.
