Position Summary: Collaborate with internal team members and clinical partners to support daily operations and projects Track task and project status, capture action items, and communicate updates as needed Facilitate issue tracking and help drive timely resolution while protecting data integrity Support onboarding and rollout of new referring provider sites and staff Contribute to process improvements and identify system or workflow enhancements within the knowledge base

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting healthcare information systems (RIS, EMPI) - strong focus on patient identity verification, provider credentialing, and radiology workflows
  • Experience with data analysis, data entry, HIPAA/privacy compliance, and Microsoft Office (Excel) - ticketing system experience preferred
  • Skilled in provider credentialing, patient matching/merging, and managing records across multiple healthcare applications
  • Strong communication skills - able to facilitate meetings, document workflows, collaborate across teams, and interact with all organizational levels

  • HL7, PACS, EMPI/identity solutions experience
