About The Position

Application Administrators work with a technology solution team to design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions through configuring and customizing enterprise software applications.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in designing technical solutions and administration of enterprise applications or a similar role.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Ability to “think outside the box” to develop innovative solutions and ways of working.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that will meet quality needs for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility.
Collaborate with team to develop, test, and implement technical solutions using configurations and customizations in enterprise software systems in an agile development process.
Follow development standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation and work with team to continually refine and improve those standards.
Perform testing for solutions to ensure releases meet standards for efficiency, quality, security, and reliability.
Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications in accordance with organizational standards and service-level agreements.
Keep up with industry trends and learn new technologies as needed to meet company needs.
