We are here to grow Apple's B2B business through partnering with our business channel resellers, partners and carriers. We develop programs and strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. To realize this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs-at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem. This role will build, develop, and lead an Inside Channel sales team by recruiting top talent, motivating and enabling them with the essential tools and fostering a collaborative environment to drive results. You will provide leadership and coaching while driving accountability through various KPIs to ensure quota delivery. Working cross functionally, you'll help build essential tools and programs that enable your team's success with partner sellers and customers. You'll be responsible for driving growth in the channel by helping your team build and manage pipeline, acquire new customers, and achieve revenue targets.Demonstrate a passion, energy, and focus on developing and growing a $1B+ business.
