The APeX Application Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Epic's Cadence module with a focus on scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling workflows. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Cadence build and support, along with expertise in referral management and patient self-scheduling. Given the high degree of integration with the Ambulatory Orders team, experience supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows is strongly preferred. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions. Working under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager, the analyst will design, implement, and maintain application components. Responsibilities include system configuration, workflow development (including decision trees), validation of conversion data, testing, and analysis of new Epic releases for operational impact. The analyst will serve as a key partner in identifying integrated system needs, resolving cross-application issues, and driving improvements to the patient access experience. Success in this role requires both technical acumen and a deep understanding of scheduling operations in an ambulatory care environment.
