About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, project management, and mechanical systems. This role requires effective leadership to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely, while also managing a team of maintenance personnel.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear instructions and reporting.
Ability to analyze problems logically and implement effective solutions promptly.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
Maintenance Supervisor: 3 years (Required)
EPA 608 Certification (Required)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in maintenance tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Oversee low voltage electrical systems and troubleshoot any related issues as they arise.
Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Provide mechanical knowledge and support for troubleshooting complex machinery problems.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance management and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management review.
