About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at the La Vida Buena Apartments in Albuquerque. La Vida Buena Apartments offers a touch of elegance and retro style in a world of cookie-cutter communities. We offer $18/hrs plus $75 Commissions. In addition, Monarch operates a nationally franchised hotel and a ski and snowboard resort. Benefits for full time employees: - $18/hrs plus commissions & renewals - $75 Leasing Commissions - Up to $100 Renewal Commissions

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Have good verbal and written communication
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
Must be an organized self-starter
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Responsibilities

Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI
Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques.
Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager
