Requirements

• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing.
• Comfortable navigating software (YARDI experience is a huge plus!).
• You’re a "people person" who writes and speaks clearly.
• You’re an organized self-starter who shows up with a positive attitude every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guide them on tours, helping them envision their life in our community.
• Handle the leasing process from "Hello" to "Welcome Home," including all digital lease paperwork.
• Use YARDI to keep resident files organized and assist the Property Manager in keeping our residents happy and engaged.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming vibe in the office and over the phone.
