About The Position

We are excited to announce that we are looking for an experienced enterprise level AP Specialist for our Sarasota, FL team. Job Overview The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Multi-site experience of 3 or more years required with volume of 4000k invoices + per month
• Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Intacct experience a big plus!
• Experience in accounts receivable, corporate accounting, and general ledger reconciliation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable team on site and offshore and provide guidance on daily tasks
• Review and approve invoices for payment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes related to accounts payable
