About The Position

This position is essential to keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll handle the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time, and you’ll collaborate across teams to support our continued success.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Sage ERP experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Sage ERP experience
• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Accurately process invoices through manual entry and uploads into our ERP system (Sage experience is a plus)
• Reconcile vendor statements, purchase orders, and receiving reports
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments, ensuring early payment discounts are captured
• Maintain accurate vendor records and process 1099 forms
• Assist with month-end close and AP accruals
• Support department managers by reporting on budget vs. actual expenses
• Maintain documentation for audits and capital projects
