About The Position

AP/AR Coordinator I will support the Accounting team including Accounting Associates, Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager and CFO.

Requirements

  • Some experience with Accounting systems
  • Prior accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities where necessary

Responsibilities

  • Basic Accounts Receivable
  • Basic Accounts Payable
  • Assist with incoming calls, emails, and Dynamics cases from dealers
  • Process purchase orders
  • Research dealer/customer accounts for errors and issue credits
  • Allocate dealer/customer payments
  • Process manual dealer/customer invoices and credits
  • Invoice coding and processing
  • Dealer/customer collections
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager
