About The Position

The CFAC is dedicated to supporting and empowering children and families affected by abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. Our organization provides comprehensive services, including advocacy, counseling, and residential support. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental health care and support to those we serve. The Annual Givings Officer will support our development team with our stewardship plans of increasing donor retention. Moreover, The Annual Givings Officer will manage all aspects of our Giving Society and establish giving levels, benefits and recognition programs and goals. The Annual Givings Officer will act as a liaison between our organization and donors.

Responsibilities

  • Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive stewardship plans to increase donor retention.
  • Cultivate, solicit and steward all annual and mid-level donors.
  • Track, cultivate, and strategically re-engage lapsed donors.
  • Develop and monitor a 4:1 donor prospect list.
  • Attend community events to support donor engagement and stewardship.
  • Giving Society Management:
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the Giving Society.
  • Establish giving levels, benefits, and recognition opportunities.
  • Set and track participation and revenue goals.
  • Implement strategies that increase sustained giving and loyalty.
  • Donor Correspondence & Reporting:
  • Ensure donor-facing communications are accurate, timely and aligned with development priorities.
  • Design and deliver personalized donor acknowledgement experiences through outreach and touchpoints that communicate the impact of giving.
  • Draft and send post event donor wrap-up communications.
  • Collaborate with Development and Finance to support accurate tax receipting and acknowledgement processes.
  • Support donor stewardship communications that reinforce impact and engagement.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records within the CRM.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy, track donor behavior, and identify growth opportunities.
