The Assistant Director, Annual Giving is a hybrid role designed to drive donor participation and revenue through two primary pillars: volunteer-led class initiatives and multi-channel annual giving campaigns. You will spend roughly half your time supporting the Class Giving Program working with class volunteers to meet their fundraising goals and the other half executing the tactical operations of the broader Annual Giving program-including direct mail, digital platforms, and vendor coordination. This exempt position reports to the Director, Annual Giving Programs, and has a salary range of $65,600 to $82,000. This position pays a competitive salary commensurate with experience and is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, when applicable. This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices in the Fluegel Alumni Center.
