The responsibilities of the role may be reasonably expanded within the parameters of the appointee’s practitioner field. Must be capable of flexibility within this role to accommodate a wide range of in-office, off-site, and outdoor tasks (notably out-door training support) which may involve mild physical exertion. Staff are sometimes subject to support roles in other organizational activities and extended events –as such flexibility is in role is required. Staff are expected to learn auxiliary skill sets to maximize efficiency within our organization by increasing individual capability. Responsibilities

Develop Unity based game content for desktop, mobile, and online platforms in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Collaborate with Articulate Storyline 360 developers to provide smooth integration.
Implement unique gameplay mechanics and animations and streamline processes.
Create detailed character animations in Unity, with UMotion, to enhance user experience and emphasize learning points.
Communicate with other developers and production team.
Work within the Creative Learning department to create a virtual reality controller scheme and implement that layout into a number of finished desktop games.
Teach our current developers how to better code desktop games to be converted into games and help the department understand the process of converting a "standard “desktop game into a "Virtual Reality ready" game.
Create demos and example games showcasing the very best VR has to offer.
Leverage a team of game developers and animators to create the most engaging content possible to help draw in clients and reinforce learning.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Work with our QA team to ensure maximum stability, performance, and quality.
Provide key milestones during production to track progress.
Provide accurate estimation of time to complete tasks.
