About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technologist to support anesthesia services across multiple procedural areas. The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation of anesthesia equipment, support invasive procedures, and ensure efficient workflow in a high-acuity clinical environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and set up operating rooms and procedural areas for anesthesia cases Perform room turnover and ensure readiness for upcoming procedures Assist anesthesia providers with invasive procedures including arterial lines, central venous catheters (CVC), and thermodilution catheter placement Troubleshoot and maintain anesthesia machines and related equipment Ensure proper sterilization, reprocessing, and handling of equipment and supplies Maintain inventory and restock anesthesia carts and supplies Follow infection control, aseptic, and sterile techniques Support anesthesia care in all areas where general anesthesia is administered

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Anesthesia Technology program
  • National ASATT certification as an Anesthesia Technologist
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Anesthesia Technologist
  • Strong experience in acute cardiac cases
  • Hands-on experience with central lines, A-lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
  • Knowledge of sterile techniques and equipment reprocessing methods

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Level 1 trauma center
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with anesthesia equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
