About The Position

The Marketing Director for Anderson Tuftex will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Anderson Tuftex brand vision to design beautiful products with sustainability at the center, transforming consumer’s homes into their sanctuaries. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative background and the ability to lead major campaign initiatives aligned to the brand’s design-forward vision. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the interior design industry, premium brand building, and the unique dynamics of marketing to eco luxury consumers and the interior design trade. This position will manage the team responsible for product positioning, branding, and storytelling, ensuring that all product creative assets and content are accurate and compelling. Additionally, this role will involve building and managing an annual marketing budget, overseeing internal teams and external agency relationships, and managing the brand across every channel and touchpoint. Position works in a hybrid work environment from Shaw Corporate Headquarters 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years brand management or related experience, working with interior designers or luxury brands
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across product, pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Establish and manage budgets and KPIs for all marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as thought leader on consumer segments and channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual presence across all touchpoints.
  • Develop sales tools supporting sales teams and retail sales associates.
  • Lead creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in‑store.
  • Partner with product teams and deliver insights through feedback loops.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide decisions.
  • Lead brand marketing and creative team.
  • Develop and execute brand strategy for the interior design trade and target consumer segments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop brand business and marketing plans.
  • Build omni‑channel consumer experiences across the customer journey.
