Are you organized, passionate about ancillary sales, have experience in how to bundle products to maximize revenue, foster an environment of innovation and experimentation with product sales, and love music? Do you love to spend time in our venues in the summer, are you detail oriented, and do you like digging into concert data and metrics? If so, this is the Live Nation position for you. THE JOB The Ancillary Parking Manager will be responsible for leading the team that generates parking revenue. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Lead Upsell Parking operation by motivating the team, driving sales energy, and ensuring consistent, guest‑friendly upgrade messaging. Communicate with the venue’s core team about staffing, upsell availability and overall execution of parking lot. Oversee day‑to‑day performance of Standard Parking Cashiers, ensuring accurate transactions, proper cashless procedures, exceptional guest service, and adherence to all venue policies. Identify and troubleshoot issues, as needed. Provide a thorough end‑of‑show recap and communicate any concerns to the core leadership team. Communicate with the box office manager during the day of show to trouble shoot any opportunities that arise with guests, upsell availability or equipment. Provide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests during the day of show. Suggestions may include topic such as pricing strategies, best practices and team execution for both presales and day of show. Secure and reconcile day of show ancillary sales. Partner with GM, OM and Box Office Manager on day of show ancillary pricing Set up any DOS parking signage, tents, and tables Attend weekly Manager/Supervisor meeting and share any updates concerning day of show upsells Distribute ParkHub devices to crew members, ensure pricing is accurate, and device is connected to WiFi Conduct preshow meeting with all parking crew members Make rounds through the parking lot; check in at all transaction locations and talk with crew members and guests; take time to observe and note what is working/not working each show Return all equipment to proper storage at the end of the night Complete seller close out forms and remind Box Office Manager to sell through ParkHub transactions Recap any concerns with core leadership team WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people Excellent guest service skills Excellent team building skills Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership Assist Ancillary Team with upselling of events, merchandise and services Must have day time and evening availability on weekdays and weekends Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Other duties as assigned EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
