The Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for managing a cross functional analytics team and providing oversight of analytic deliverables to the business. Deliverables include (but are not limited to) analytic strategy, sales and business performance reporting, marketing program analytics, dealer and customer analytics. Strategic ad hoc analyses to support overall business strategy, improved customer experience and retention as well as day to day business decisions. The Impact You’ll Have: In this role, you will conduct both strategic and ad hoc analyses to support overall business strategy, inform day-to-day decisions, and provide deeper insight into customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and business performance trends, both historical and forward-looking. You will partner closely with business participants to identify analytical needs, understand key challenges, and translate business questions into actionable insights while collaborating with data and analytics teams to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expertise in sales and marketing program measurement performance
  • Automotive vehicles sales (retail and commercial), service, parts marketing analytics support
  • Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Alteryx, Qlik, GCP, Power BI and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience analyzing business performance, drivers of key KPIs, BPR metrics, marketing campaign results (e.g., incremental sales, net profit, ROI)
  • Ability to query, join, manipulate data (e.g., create new variables as needed), automate processes, experience using AI tools to create day-to-day efficiencies in your job, as well as to glean insights quickly during data analyses
  • Experience meeting with clients directly to understand business needs and discuss findings
  • Ability to create a PowerPoint containing graphs and insights into findings; present recommended analytic strategies and business actions based on insights
  • Customer profiling experience, forecasting, and modeling
  • Ability to present findings to the client and team meetings
  • Strong technical abilities with multiple data and analytic tools-—Highly proficient using Big Query, SQL, GCP, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, various AI tools, etc. to manipulate, arrange, query, process and present data
  • Experience with complex problem solving – data wrangling, manipulation, data quality, data modeling, statistical analysis and/or reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all management and organizational levels
  • Ability to respond in an effective and timely manner
  • Subject matter authority in an analytics specialty
  • BA / BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics or Computer Science, Analytics
  • Min 10-15 years’ experience as an analytics team lead, with people management experience

  • Experience with understanding how AI tools and strategies can enable insights and analytic efficiencies to drive day to day actions and decisions
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, or digital ecosystems that facilitate customer journeys and relevant messaging
  • Experience working in integrated marketing, consulting, or digital services environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales, marketing, and business performance reporting, including dashboards and data visualizations to support decision making and inform CRM and program strategy
  • Develop campaign design of experiment frameworks to ensure proper measurement and insights
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and business trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Perform both strategic and ad hoc analyses to support business strategy, day to day operations, and future forecasting
  • Partner with business collaborators to understand key challenges, define analytical needs, and convert business questions into data driven solutions
  • Query, manipulate, and automate large datasets using tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Alteryx to ensure accurate and efficient data processing
  • Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks for sales, customer, and program analytics
  • Build presentations and present findings and insights through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating with multi-functional teams
